Chef Colin Hinds, became the latest member of the Slow Food Chef Alliance in October 2016. He joins the Chef Alliance alongside fellow chefs such as Marcus Wareing, Neil Forbes, Michael Roux Jnr and Paul Wedgewood.

Edinburgh’s The Kilted Lobster restaurant shortlisted for 2017 Seafood Restaurant of the Year
The Kilted Lobster restaurant in Edinburgh has been shortlisted for the 2017 Seafood Restaurant of the Year competition. The award, presented by Seafish and The Caterer, is designed to find the best restaurants cooking and serving delicious seafood dishes. The competition assesses restaurants on the quality of the seafood dishes they serve, their responsible sourcing policies and their knowledge of fish and shellfish species both front and back of house.
