The award, presented by Seafish and The Caterer, is designed to find the best restaurants cooking and serving delicious seafood dishes.
SLOW FOOD CHEF ALLIANCE MEMBER
Chef Colin Hinds, became the latest member of the Slow Food Chef Alliance in October 2016. He joins the Chef Alliance alongside fellow chefs such as Marcus Wareing, Neil Forbes, Michael Roux Jnr and Paul Wedgewood.
